Our Shipping Terms
Due to the unique nature of our inventory, not all items are available for shipping. Bigger items and most amps are not things we ship.
During the checkout process an order is created, after which a Spaceman Music rep will be in contact to let you know if shipping is available or to provide you with shipping quote and a grand total.
For Canadian customers we currently accept Interac E-transfer or Paypal. We do not accept credit cards over the phone.
We usually ship with UPS , but depending on the location (deep rural or Northern) Canada Post might be a cheaper option.
Of course, all products may also be picked up directly at the store free of charge
as opposed to having it shipped to you.
International Customers
Our shipping quote does not include any tariffs or brokerage fees which may be levied by your own governmental agencies or border services.
We accept only Paypal from customers outside of Canada. We do not accept credit cards over the phone. Venmo does not operate in Canada.
Returns and Warranties
USED STORE owned items carry a 6 month warranty. Warranty excludes
speaker cones, amplifier tubes, guitars strings, and other consumable
accessories.
USED CONSIGNMENT items are being sold by Spaceman Music on behalf of
the item’s owner. Spaceman Music cannot provide a warranty for these
items, but each consignment sale is backed by a 24-hour inspection period.
In the case that your item requires warranty or return please contact
Spaceman Music. You will then be given instructions on how to ship the item
to Spaceman Music. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion once
we determine the condition of the faulty product.
Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser
