Our Shipping Terms
Due to the unique nature of our inventory, not all items are available for shipping.
During the checkout process an order is created, after which a Spaceman Music rep will be in contact to let you know if shipping is available or to provide you with shipping options/quote.
If you wish to go ahead with the order, we will take your payment details over the phone.
Shipping charges do not include any taxes (if applicable) levied by the
purchaser’s federal, state or local governments. UPS, the postal service or
the relevant shipping company usually collects these levies when the
shipment arrives.
– The purchaser is responsible for paying any border brokerage or
preparation charges assessed as the item enters the U.S. or purchaser’s
country.
– Spaceman Music ships most products through Canada Post/USPS
parcel standard service, though we can ship through other carriers if need
be. Discuss options with Spaceman Music before purchasing.
– All products may also be picked up directly at the store free of charge
as opposed to having it shipped to you.
Spaceman Music Credit Card Fraud Disclaimer (for more info view our FAQ’s)
– To process the transaction we require a valid telephone number to
allow our staff to verify the order.
– To help prevent Internet credit card fraud, we track IP (Internet
Protocol) addresses through our web host.
– Information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card
statement.
– If “Ship To Address” is different than “Billing Address” we will have to
hold processing of the order for approximately 48 hours while the credit
card is confirmed.
Returns and Warranties
Spaceman Music Corporation provides you with an accurate assessment of
items through clear digital photographs and a detailed description.
USED STORE owned items carry a 6 month warranty. Warranty excludes
speaker cones, amplifier tubes, guitars strings, and other consumable
accessories.
USED CONSIGNMENT items are being sold by Spaceman Music on behalf of
the item’s owner. Spaceman Music cannot provide a warranty for these
items, but each consignment sale is backed by a 24-hour inspection period.
NEW items carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases the item can
be returned or replaced by Spaceman Music. Please inquire for further
details.
In the case that your item requires warranty or return please contact
Spaceman Music. You will then be given instructions on how to ship the item
to Spaceman Music. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion once
we determine the condition of the faulty product.
Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser
